Haemmoroids - haemroids

Haemmoroid problems are a very common among large parts of the global population and although an absolutely adequate diagnosis and proper analysis can be done, in many cases it may still be better to only wait and see, as often haemroids cases can go away by themselves without causing any major discomfort. There some very simple haemorrhoid relief methods available and for difficult cases - surgery can be used. Several prescription and over the counter creams, ointments, and other preparates are also available for hemmroids cure, relief and treatment of symptoms (signs).

Treating haemmorroids - haemorrhoids

Quite often in cases of haemmorrhoids, it is advisable to try out the simple solutions first. Look at the amount of exercise - maybe you need to do that a bit more, that is one simple method of haemmorroid remedy. This is especially true if you have a job sitting for long hours. Sitting in the job for long periods can increase the risk that you develop hemroids (haemroids). As example of another simple haemmoroid relief method, simply by changing your diet it is possible to improve on the haemroid dagnose.

Difficult cases of hemorrhoids - haemmroids

Sirikov, in the 80's, published an interesting (then) new method of hemmoroid avoidance. This was to use the position of squatting rather than sitting normally when emptying your bowel. There had been some early work in this area by Tagart, that was done some 20 years earlier, but it wasn't until Sirikov adapted the work and took it to a new level, it started to become really interesting. He managed to scientifically prove that the improvement of the anorectal angle while squatting would lead to faster bowel emptying and less strainful. Both these results would have a positive effect on the risk of getting haemmoroids (hemmrods).

Encouraging haemmoroids results

Tests in a specially chosen group of voluntary testers pointed towards the averabe bowel emptying time going down to around 60 seconds, rather than ten times as much with traditional positioning. There was some results showing that simply leaning forward but still using a normal toilet seat, would also be beneficial as the angle improved a little here. This would also lower the risk of getting signs of hemmrods symptoms. Haemmoroids prevention, haemmorroid relief and haemroid cure summary.

Google

Haemmoroids exist as either external or internal. Haemroids that are external (prolapsed) are usually more severe in their symptoms and signs as they might become inflamed and start bleeding. Prolapsed haemmoroids can sometimes go back again after a bowel movement is completed. Treating hemmeroids (haemroids) can be done with home remedies, often herbal, or haemmroid surgery. Pictures of haemmorroids are best found via Google.
