How to treat hemmoroids (hemmorroids - hemmroids)

Hemmoroid treating can be be done in many ways, from no action at all when you feel signs and symptoms of hemorrhoids (because in many cases hemroid treatment or cure not necessary, only relief) - to full hemmorroid surgery.

Treating hemmoroids

It is a well known fact that many cases of hemorroids will often heal and go away after a short time only without any need for doing much about it but wait. For prevention, use simple remedies like the simple idea of avoiding the most common causes of hemorrhoids (see our list). For the more severe hemmeroids cases, more in-depth hemmorroids treatment may be necessary, such as the use of non-prescription creams or ointments, or in the really difficult cases, the use of prescription creams or hemmerhoids surgery.

Treating of hemmoroids (hemmroids)

Quite often it is the case that the rather simple treatments are the best. If your job requires that you are sitting most of the day, then even taking a break and going for a short and brisk walk 1-2 times per day will go a long way as treatment or prevention (or both). Change of diet, sometimes only small and simple changes, can be helpful in many cases and sometimes also help preventing hemroids. These are only a couple of simple suggestions on the art of changing small procedures in your life that will have a great effect on the risk of developing hemorrhoids.

Hemorroids treating - curing advanced hemorrhoids

Treating and curing hemmoroids - one natural based method for preventing and treating (to some extent even as relief or cure) was researched and developed by Sirikov some 25 years ago (the results were published in the Israeli Jourrnal of Medicine Science in that year). His results pointed towards (including some earlier work done by Tagart in the late 60's) the fact that by using a position of squatting during bowel movements the mere change of the anorectial angle towards a larger value would be very assiting while emptying the bowel. The bowel movement would (will) thus be much easier and as another benefit, also considerably faster. Both facts of which improve (minimize) on the risk of developing hemroids.

When the effort and time used in a movement of bowel emptying is reduced enough through the use of the squatting position, this is an improvement over the normal sitting position. Research peformed with voluntary squatter-testers found that the average time of bowel movement went down to around 60 seconds from sometimes 5-10 times as long when using a more normal sitting position.

Yet another method again, maybe simpler than Sirikov's suggested squatting trick would be to lean forward (when using a standard toilet seat). This however has not been researched enough to establish scientifically that it has a noticeable beneficial effect. Trying it out though, can't be a bad idea, if you think you have developed a case of hemmoroids (hemmroids). This might be a good hemroid (hemorrhoid) cure (or prevention and treatment).

Haemmoroids exist as either external or internal. Haemroids that are external (prolapsed) are usually more severe in their symptoms and signs as they might become inflamed and start bleeding. Prolapsed haemmoroids can sometimes go back again after a bowel movement is completed. Treating hemmeroids (haemroids) can be done with home remedies, often herbal, or haemmroid surgery. Pictures of haemmorroids are best found via Google.
